1-2-1 sessions start from £40 per 45 minutes.

Focus groups are variable depending on group sizes. Groups of 2 start from £50 per hour. For groups of 3-5 the price starts at £20 per athlete per hour.

Team sessions are variable depending on age and stage, please register or contact us for more information.

We pride ourselves on being able to deliver our sessions at the ease of each athlete. Our coaches can travel to your house, local field, or sports facility. Please contact us for more information. 

Our current head coach is Tom who is responsible for delivering all sessions. Although we are always looking to add more quality coaches to our team.

We recommend you pay via BACS (online banking). Although we will also accept cash or cheque. Please be advised payment will need to be made BEFORE the start of every session, late fees may apply, and refunds will not be given for any reason.
